Updated: Oct 26, 2022

EduMagcians,

I interviewed the creators of Prac-E: Scott, a teacher, and Liam, a preservice teacher. We share experiences and the importance of supporting new teachers and Prac-E a support network for future teachers.

Prac-E a place for support and encouragement for new and future teachers!
  • Supports and walks along the journey with new teachers in their first five years. Prac E also supports future and aspiring educators.

  • Offers ongoing mentorship to future teachers.

  • Prac E shows the practical, real-world, and positive aspects of teaching. But, it isn't always a bed of roses. We strive to be authentic. Their content is real and relatable for new teachers.

  • One main goal is to stop the teacher draught!

How does Prac -E do outreach?

Prac - E serves its audience through Instagram, Twitter, and Youtube. They create relatable content using technology that new and aspiring teachers are using each day. They also launched the Prac-E Podcast. In addition, Prac-E provides symposiums for preservice teachers to learn from others in the field.

Who is behind Prac-E?

Liam D. Auliciems & Scott Harding are the masterminds behind Prac-E. During this interview, both of these teachers share their first practicum experiences.

In addition, they share advice for new and future teachers to help them during prac and beyond.
