Your resume is most likely be uploaded to a resume tracker. You need to include key words in your resume including differentiation, data collection, inclusion, equity, SEL, etc.
Cover letter should tell a story. Share about what you do and what you know.
Make sure that your resume is errorless including grammar and spelling. Be consistent in your formatting.
Print out your resume in black and white so you can see what it looks like.
If you are a new graduate your resume needs to be 1 page.
